Membership Notice

All enterprises and institutions that handle industrial and commercial registration in accordance with the law and are engaged in industrial design can become members of the association. In principle, the member representative shall be the chairman, general manager or legal representative of the enterprise or institution where it belongs, or the manager appointed by the legal representative.

Members who apply to join the association must meet the following conditions:

1. Support the bylaws of the association;

2. Voluntarily join the association;

3. Have certain influence in the business (industry, discipline) field of the association;

4. All types of enterprises that have obtained business licenses or business registration certificates in accordance with the law, regardless of the form of ownership, enterprise scale, or place of registration, can join the association in accordance with bylaws 7 of association.

Members enjoy the following rights:

1. The right to elect, be elected and vote for the association;

2. Participate in relevant activities organized by the association;

3. Obtain membership services provided by the association and enjoy membership discounts;

4. Have the right to criticize, suggest and supervise the work of the Council and the Secretariat of the association;

5. Reflecting the difficulties of the enterprise, and ask the association to coordinate the relevant functional departments of the government to solve it;

6. Apply to the association to solve or coordinate other issues within the scope of the association's responsibility;

7. Free to join and withdraw.

Members shall fulfill the following obligations:

1. Comply with the bylaws of the association;

2. Implement the resolutions of the member congress;

3. Maintain the reputation and legitimate rights and interests of the association, and do not do anything that damages the overall interests of the industry;

4. Assist the association to carry out various tasks;

5. Pay membership dues on time;

6. Cooperate with the research work of the association and timely reflect the industry situation;

7. Actively participate in various activities organized by the Association;

8. Maintain the image of the association.

Punishment

For member units that violate the bylaws of Shenzhen Industrial Design Profession Association and affect the development of the industry, the association will impose the following punishments depending on the seriousness of their dereliction of duty:

1. Internal warning;

2. Order to make corrections and review in writing;

3. Circulate criticism in the industry;

4. Record in electronic files;

5. Announcement on the official website of the association;

6. Cancellation of membership;

7. Those suspected of violating the law shall be reported to relevant government departments and judicial organs for handling in accordance with the law.

Appeal

1. If a member unit is dissatisfied with the disciplinary action made by Shenzhen Industrial Design Industry Association, it can file a complaint with the association within 5 working days from the date of receipt of the disciplinary decision, and submit written complaint materials;

2. The association shall fully listen to the opinions of the member units, and if the facts, reasons or evidence presented by the member units are established, the association shall adopt;

3. The association shall make the following decisions on the appeal of member units according to different circumstances:

(1) If the original disciplinary decision has clearly identified the facts, the application basis is correct, and the procedure is appropriate, the original decision shall be maintained;

(2) If the main facts of the original disciplinary decision are clearly identified, and the secondary facts are unclear or not established, the original decision shall be corrected;

(3) If the facts identified in the original disciplinary decision are unclear, or the basis for application is wrong, or the procedure is seriously inappropriate, the original disciplinary decision shall be revoked and a new disciplinary decision shall be made; if the original disciplinary decision found the facts to be untenable, the original disciplinary decision shall be revoked and no disciplinary decision shall be made. decision.

(4) The association shall make a decision on appeal review by convening a meeting.

Leaving the associatioin:

If a member voluntarily leaves the association for some reason, the member should return the membership certificate and confirm in writing. If a member fails to pay the membership dues for more than two years without any reason, it will be regarded as quitting the association automatically.

Any member who seriously violates the bylaws of the association shall be removed from the membership by vote of the board of directors or the standing board of directors.
